Underground Application Form

Accepted applicants will be offered to mint an Underground Pass for 0.2 ETH with the following subscription options:

3 Months: 1 ETH (NFT locked for 3 months)
6 Months: 1.75 ETH (NFT locked for 6 months)
12 Months: 3 ETH (NFT locked for 12 months)

After purchasing your first subscription, you will receive our NFT that will be required for any future renewals. You must select a subscription option to mint our pass. The NFT will be locked for the duration of your first subscription.
